This is a ShoutWiki help page, hosted at ShoutWiki Hub. If you want to suggest changes, leave a message on its talk page. If you want to replace this page with a custom help page for your wiki, click the create button above.

Special pages are pages that are created by the software on demand. They will always have the prefix Special: (since they're located in the Special: namespace), and they're not editable directly as other pages. Instead, their text can be edited through MediaWiki messages.

Some special pages depend on the preferences that have been set by a user, e.g. the number of titles which is displayed on a user's watchlist. Some special pages can also be embedded or included into other wiki pages; see Help:Special page inclusion.

List of special pages for all users

Clicking the link Special:SpecialPages will take you to a list of all special pages on a wiki. The following table describes what each of the default special pages do.
